It‘s not every day that you find a treasure like this: from some of the oldest autochthonous vineyards of the Côtes-de-Provence, Carolin Spanier-Gilllot and H.O. Spanier create „their“ new rosé. The whole thing is a project together with the French wine family Tari and was created - well, where - over a glass of wine!

Spaniers and Taris entered into conversation during a dinner at a renowned Bordeaux château. Carolin‘s French roots, her enjoyment of the 6pm aperitif and her love of the South of France. One thing led to another and a visit to the Domaine de Blanquefort, the Provençal winery of Christina and Benoît Tari, was quickly arranged.
