From the 16th until the18th of August Concept Riesling, one of the most popular wine bars in Germany is visiting us.
We invited two well-known Liquid Life companions to accompany the three days with Concept Riesling.
16th of August from 6.30 pm: SWR cook Frank Brunswig cooks a casual fish menu to match the wine bar's favourite wines.
17th of August from 6:30 pm: Otto Gourmet once again brings their great meat and other treats.
18th of August 11-15 pm: "Bubbles and Pretzels": Live-Music, Weißwurst and Bubbles.
Behind Concept Riesling hides a group of people which are crazy about wine. Founded by the Sylter Sommelier Nils Lackner and the Düsseldorfer wine collector Philipp Kutsch the company started in 2016 with the goal, to get more attention with wines from germany to the gastronomy.
Mature vintages, rarities and wines of young talents are skilfully combined with high-quality cuisine.
Meanwhile, Concept Riesling is THE wine location on Düsseldorf's Carlsplatz: half wine bar, half Vinothek, but 100% vinophile meeting place. Here are also sometimes served special bottles by the glass, and that fits in perfectly with LiquidLife.
