On the 1st of September 2023 the new vintage of the VDP. Großen Gewächse will be released.

Time and again, customers approach us that they would like to taste our Grosse Gewächse. We are very pleased about this and would like to give you the opportunity to taste these wines on this day and to buy them in limited quantities.

Of course, we will also offer a selection from our normal range for tasting and purchase.

Schedule:

On Saturday 9th September from 3.00 p.m. until 6.00 p.m., we will present

the Grosse Gewächse from Riesling and Pinot Noir in a relaxed atmosphere during a table presentation.

At 6:30 pm we will start with an aperitif and move on to the culinary evening under the motto BARBECUE und MATURE WINES.

I have had this motto in mind for many years, because a grilled beef goes simply perfectly with an aged Riesling.

To go with it, we will be serving a few mature bottles from our private treasure trove of wines from our maturation cellar.

Who better than Otto Gourmet with their concentrated meat expertise to cook a 5-course menu that evening.

As you know, we have a cooperation with the German grill manufacturer Flammkraft, who will provide their barbecues for the afternoon and evening.

We are really looking forward to this event.
