c) Use of our contact form

If you contact us via the contact form provided on our website, a valid email address is required so that we can identify the sender and respond to the inquiry. Additional information may be provided voluntarily. 

The processing of personal data for communication purposes is carried out pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR based on your consent. The personal data collected through the contact form will be automatically deleted once your inquiry has been processed.

d) Use of our webhop

When placing an order through our online shop, we process the information you provide, including:

  • Billing and delivery addresses

  • Ordered products and services

Where necessary for contract fulfillment, these data may be shared with service providers such as logistics companies and payment processors.
