Hospiz Alm, St. Christoph am Arlberg
At 1,800 meters altitude, the Hospiz Alm transforms in the evening from the legendary ski hut into a fine-dining destination with one of the most impressive wine lists in the Alps. The house is world-famous above all for its unique large-format bottle cellar: since the 1980s, owner Adi Werner has been collecting spectacular Bordeaux large formats there, from magnum to primat (27 liters) – a collection that draws wine lovers from around the world.
