Built directly on a boathouse, this restaurant at the "Das Traunsee" hotel holds a Michelin star, the Green Star, and four Gault Millau toques, making it the top-rated restaurant in Upper Austria. Head chef Lukas Nagl (Chef of the Year 2023) forgoes a fixed menu, letting himself be guided instead by the day's basket of regional produce. The wine list is overseen by Katharina Gnigler, Gault Millau Sommelière of the Year 2025 – with a selection that offers many listings by the half-bottle as well.
