The two-Michelin-star restaurant by Jeremy Chan and Iré Hassan-Odukale combines British micro-seasonality with an extraordinary range of spices from around the world – a concept reflected equally in the beverage programme. Head Sommelier Federico Quintavalle has steadily expanded the wine list since joining, with a focus on rare Champagne growers and sustainably minded winemakers, complemented by an acclaimed tea and sake pairing. Ikoyi is listed on the Star Wine List as a "White Star" and ranks among the World's 50 Best Restaurants (No. 15, 2025 – the year's highest climber).
