This legendary dune restaurant between Rantum and Hörnum has been a cult destination on Sylt for over 40 years – under owner Herbert Seckler, Sansibar developed into a pilgrimage site for connoisseurs far beyond the island. Alongside its down-to-earth yet exclusive cuisine, it is above all the wine list that has made the house internationally famous: with several thousand listings and its own wine depot in the "Dünengrotte" (dune grotto), it ranks among the largest and most renowned in the world.
