In a heritage-listed 1970s villa in Chong Nonsi, identical twins Thomas and Mathias Sühring transform childhood memories of Berlin into one of Asia's boldest kitchens – awarded three Michelin stars since November 2025, making it the first German restaurant ever to reach this level outside Europe. The wine list, comprising over 700 selections, consistently reflects their roots: a focus on German and Austrian wines from cool climates meets carefully chosen Burgundies and a remarkable Champagne selection – curated by a sommelier team that takes precision just as seriously as the kitchen itself. Sühring also ranks No. 22 on the World's 50 Best Restaurants list (2025).
