"As part of our friends Carolin & HO Spanier's gourmet series Liquide Life, we are taking over the kitchen in Bodenheim for a long weekend.
Alex has once again gone into himself and conjured up a wonderful menu of 5 courses (also vegetarian) SEE BELOW! Wonderfully light and fresh, perfect in summer.
Thursday to Saturday we offer the menu, Sunday you also have the possibility to order all dishes individually á la carte.
We serve wines from dear friends, lucky that Carolin & HO are such friends. On top of that, we will bring a few of our favourite wines from Munich to go with the menu.
